D.J. Services
For over 15 years, DJ Kenny has been providing entertainment and MC services for western NY weddings. In 2004, he joined the Avanti Mansion’s staff as their “exclusive” DJ, providing music for both ceremonies and receptions. To ensure that you and your guests have a great experience, Kenny will meet with you to prior to the wedding day and discuss your ideas, preferences and musical selections.
Floral Design
Whether you have definite ideas or need some assistance, the Avanti Mansion can provide you with beautiful flowers for your wedding day. Our florist will personally go to the wholesale house and hand-select each item for your floral pieces. From these selections, he will create stunning bridal bouquets, complimenting boutonnieres and mother’s corsages, as well as, fresh arrangements for the ceremony, and custom designed centerpieces for the reception.
Custom Decor
If you are looking to create a WOW experience for your guests, ask the Avanti Mansion’s design team to assist you. This team of talented professionals can create a unique look just for your wedding or they can personalize the décor to compliment your color scheme or theme. Through the use of unique linens, special lighting effects and custom décor, we can transform our venue into a memorable setting for your special day.
Ceremony Officiant
Pastor Dave Zastrow is the Avanti Mansion’s wedding officiant. He is an ordained minister with a Master’s degree in Ministry, who has officiated over 800 weddings. Pastor Dave will work closely with you to design a non-denominational ceremony that reflects both you and your relationship.
Invitations
We offer a full line of quality invitations and other printed wedding items from one of the country’s largest impression companies. There are hundreds of options that can be viewed either in our office or via the internet. If you are interested, please ask your wedding planner for details.
Wedding Planning

The Avanti Mansion provides its clients with basic wedding planning services to assist with menu decisions and the creation of a wedding day timeline. However, many  families find comfort in having a professional available to oversee the actual wedding day. “Day Of” services are available through Laurie Clark Weddings, a sister company of the Avanti Mansion. With a professional wedding consultant there to handle the smallest details, or emergencies that may arise, you can relax and enjoy your wedding day!
