    Catering is not just our business, it is our passion.   We bring experience, commitment and quality to every event.   Our food is prepared daily by our own culinary team using only the highest quality ingredients (never canned, boxed or frozen).    As a matter of fact, utilizing fresh ingredients is so important to our chef, that we grow organic herbs in our own estate gardens!
